Subject: Vehicle Manufacturer Regulatory Text Requirement Statement
The following instructions will be supplied to each vehicle manufacturer installing
MEDIUM 5C_21.
It is the responsibility of the Vehicle Manufacturer to ensure that the information below is passed
on to the end user of MEDIUM 5C_21 to ensure compliance with FCC and ISED Canada
certification requirements.
Antenna
The antenna provided with this device is HUF Mechanical Lock Coil, NSS (BASIC) + WFS5c,
PN: 2G0.905.855
- For FCC Compliance:
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
FCC Caution: Any changes or modification not expressly approved by the party responsible for
compliance could void the user’s authority to operate.

RSS-Gen Information for the Certification of Radio Apparatus.
This device complies with ISED license-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to the following
two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause interference; and
(2) This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired
operation of the device.
The radio transmitter (IC: 11505-MEDIUM5C21) have been approved by ISED Canada to
operate with the antenna type given above, with the maximum permissible gain indicated.
Antenna types not included in this list, having a gain greater than the maximum gain indicated for
that type, are strictly prohibited for use with this device.
This device complies with the safety requirements for RF exposure in accordance with RSS-102
Issue 5 for portable use conditions with 0mm separation.
