Adjusting the Headband For optimal sound and comfort, the headband may need to be adjusted. 1. Put on the headset on that the headband is situated over the top of your head. 2.
Connecting to an Audio Source The NB-9 Headset which uses Bluetooth ® 4.1. To enter pairing mode, perform a long press on the power button. The LED Indicator will fl ash blue and red alternatively once pairing mode is activated. • While in pairing mode, note the following details apply: • If prompted, enter the PIN. Disconnecting To disconnect, power off the headset completely or press the power button once. Pressing once will allow the headset to stay on. The headset will offer a voice prompt to confi rm a successful disconnection. If the headset remains powered on and does not reconnect with a device, the headset will turn off automatically. ! CAUTION Listening at high volume for extended periods of time may cause hearing damage. Set the volume to a low level and adjust only after putting on the headset.
Using the AUX Audio Cable The NB-9 comes with an AUX audio cable to allow you to continue enjoying music in case the headset runs out of power and/or you are unable to charge it right away. To use the cable, insert the appropriate end into the headset and the other into your mobile phone or audio device. The LED Indicator will turn red to indicate AUX mode is active. Use the volume controls on the mobile phone or audio device to adjust as desired.

HOW TO USE THE “SMART WEAR“ APP Downloading the App Using a mobile phone or device with an Android OS, scan the QR code below and download the “Smart Wear” App. Please note the Smart Wear app is only available from the Google Play Store and therefore must be downloaded on a mobile phone using an Android OS. iOS is not supported. Once downloaded and installed, use the app to connect to the headset. The headset will synchronize data with the app.
After pairing the headset to a mobile phone, open the app and tap “Step Earphone” to enter its coordinating interface. Tap “Search Equipment” and a prompt will appear to show information regarding a successful connecting between the headset and mobile phone.
Tap “Option” to enter its coordinating interface. Tap “Step Length” and “Weight” to add in information as desired. To complete the setup, tap “Complete Set”. The app will now keep track of the number of steps you take. Within the options interface, tap “Bolt to Remind” if desired. This feature will prompt the phone to sound an alarm if a disconnection issue arises.
From the main screen, tap on a calendar date to see the related pedometer record for the selected date.
