Using Power Adaptor Plug in a 9V-500mA AC/DC power adaptor to the DC jack. AC/DC Adapttor DC9V 500mA 2.1/5.5mm center positive ** when the mains power lost it will change to use backup batteries automatically. Mounting This intercom is not a hand held device, It must mount on the wall or put on the table uses.
Set Up Clear system Code Before set up a new system, you need to clear the system code of all intercom devices. 1. Press the "pairing" button on the intercom once. The channel indicators will run sequence. It is entering to pairing mode. 2. Press and hold the "pairing" button for 5 seconds until the channel indicator off and return a beep tone. Now the system code is clear. *** If you want to add a new intercom device to the system, you must clear the code of the new device first.
Operation Change the Channel There are 4 separate channels and a broadcast channel on this system. To change the channel simply press on the "channel" button. The indicator will showed 1>2>3>4>1234. When 4 channels LED are lit, currently in broadcast mode. Broadcast Press the channel button until 4 channel LED are lit together. In this mode It can receive message from all channel and can transmit message to all channel.
Open For door lock release. Press this button once, the door lock will release 2 seconds. If the door lock controller receiver received the signal, the "Open" LED will blink once to confirm door is openned. Battery Low Indication When the batteries voltage is low, the power LED and channel are blink every 20 seconds. You must change new batteries. Private Mode To make a private call, press private button once. The indicator will lit. Then press the call button.
Trouble shoting Symptoms Channel LED can not stop running while pairing. Causes / Action The intercom unit has other system. You Need clear the codes before create a new system code. Channel LED can not stop running when adding a new intercom to the system The new intercom units has other system. You Need clear the code before add to the system. . Can not receive any signal. Can not stop transsion. The lock function is activated. Release the lock function.
