ons and answers will help you get the most out of your unit and allow
you to fully understand the unique Venta technology.
WHY DO I NEED A VENTA PURIFIER?
Most people spend around 85 % of their time indoors, and indoor
air is 10 to 30 times more polluted than the air outside. The Venta
Kuubel XL-T is demonstrably eective at eliminating indoor air pollu-
tion that can impair one‘s health and well-being. Even the smallest
particles, as small as 0.07 µm, are ltered out of the air; this includes
pollen, bacteria and viruses. This is an uncompromising unit that
requires minimal maintenance and is capable of exceeding the most
demanding expectations. All Venta products are made in Germany

HOW DOES THE VENTA KUUBOID XL MAX PURIFIER WORK?
The Venta Kuuboid XL MAX is equipped with a fan that pulls the
polluted air from the room and into the unit. The air is rst passed
through dual pre-lters that remove large airborne particles such as
house dust. Then the air is passed through 2 of our exclusive VEN-
TAcel lters that remove pollen, smoke, bacteria, viruses and other
pollutants as small as 0.07 µm. After the air has been cleaned by the
dual set of pre-lters and VENTAcel lters, it is then sent by the fan
back into the room perfectly puried.
WHAT MAKES THE VENTA KUUBOID XL MAX PURIFIER SO SPECIAL?
The Kuuboid XL MAX utilizes a special patented lter technology.
The NELIOR membrane air lter is composed of a homogenous lay-
er of bers with each ber’s diameter being around 100 nanometers.
This special composition and mechanical stability results in a lower
operating pressure dierential (≤ 50 %) and the highest ltration
eciency. The VENTAcel lter achieves 99.95 % ltration of particles
≥0.07 µm. This performance is unsurpassed by all other HEPA and
ULPA lters currently available on the market.
FOR WHAT ROOM SIZE IS THE KUUBOID XL MAX RECOMMENDED?
Depending on the air pollution level, the Venta Kuuboid XL MAX will
purify rooms up to 810 sq. ft.
WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE FOR THE KUUBOID XL MAX?
The unit should be set up in such a way that the room air can be
circulated without hindrance. This means a minimum of 2 inches of
space on all sides (6 in. recommended) between the unit and any
walls or furniture.
WHAT IS THE OPTIMAL OPERATING TIME OF THE KUUBOID XL MAX?
That depends on the individual requirements and pollution level in
the room. Longer runtimes will result in more extensive cleaning of
the air.
CAN THE KUUBOID XL MAX RUN FOR 24 HOURS A DAY?
Yes, the Kuuboid XL MAX is suitable for continuous operation. The
unit is very energy ecient and only consumes a maximum of 33
watts at the highest speed.
With the help of the “Auto” mode, the Kuuboid XL MAX can also au-
tomatically react to changes in the condition of the air. Depending on
the level of particle pollution in the room, the unit will automatically
raise or lower the fan speed accordingly. This ensures very eective
and ecient operation 24 hours a day.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE AIR QUALITY IN THE ROOM HAS IMPROVED?
It is important to know whether the air quality in the room is impro-
ving. Most impurities or odors are invisible. The Venta “Air Quality”
display can help you monitor the air quality in your home. The fully
automated air sensor continuously monitors the air quality in the
room, and the results are displayed on the interactive screen. Green
represents very good air quality while Red indicates poor.
WHAT IS THE POWER CONSUMPTION OF THE KUUBOID XL MAX?
The Kuuboid XL MAX consumes at maximum 33 watts of energy
on speed level 5. When the “Boost” function is activated, the unit
consumes 59 watts of energy.
HOW LOUD IS THE VENTA KUUBOID XL MAX WHILE IT IS RUNNING?
The Kuuboid XL MAX ranges from whisper quiet 19 dB (A) at the
lowest speed to a very quiet 51 dB (A) at the highest speed. When
the “Boost” function is activated, it reaches 60 dB(A).
DOES THE KUUBOID XL MAX HAVE A NIGHT MODE?
Yes. Activating the “Sleep Mode” via the interactive display screen
reduces the fan speed to level 1 and dims the brightness of the
display screen. This mode is useful for people who are sensitive to
noise or light while sleeping but still want the unit to operate over-
night. The unit can be taken out of Sleep Mode at any time
What advantage does the “Boost” function oer?
When the “Boost” function is activated, the Kuuboid XL MAX uses
its maximum cleaning ability to purify the air of severely polluted
rooms as quickly as possible.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE KUUBOID XL MAX HAS NOT BEEN USED
FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME?
The Kuuboid XL MAX can be put back in operation at any time,
without problem.
DO THE FILTERS NEED TO BE REPLACED?
The Venta Kuuboid XL MAX removes hazardous substances
from the air with the help of 2 VENTAcel lters. The lifespan of the
VENTAcel lters depends on the number of operating hours and
the air quality in the room. In general, with 24/7 operation, the lters
need to be replaced every 6 months (a reminder will appear on the
interactive display). The pre-lters never need to be replaced and
can be rinsed under fresh water or cleaned with a vacuum every 1 to
2 months or as needed.
THERE IS NO AIR COMING OUT OF THE AIR OUTLET. WHAT CAN I DO?
First, check to make sure that all protective foil and packaging has
been removed from the VENTAcel lters.
Then check to make sure the unit is plugged into a working standard
outlet and the power is on.
If the air quality in the room is good and “Auto” mode is activated,
the unit will automatically reduce the airow to save energy.
