Stroller Assembly Remove the stroller from the carton and dispose of all packaging immediately including the black rubber protectors on either side of the brake bar and front wheel protector. The front wheel forks, rear wheels, front bar, and hood all need to be installed prior to use. Installing/Removing the rear axle-brake system 1. Take the rear axle with the longer part of the centre pedal facing to the rear. 2. Identify the locking pins (A) located on both rear frame legs. 3.
Unfold the chassis: 1. Holding the rear centre leg, lift the stroller upwards. 2. Pull the centre leg outwards as far as it can go. 3. Lift the handle upward and back to a vertical position. 4. Secure the handle by swinging the locking clamps (located on both sides of the frame) and fully engaging them tightly onto the frame. 5. Press down on the basket frame locking hinge with your hand or foot. IMPORTANT WARNING: Always test that all latches are securely engaged before use.
Pressing the axle button, insert the protruding long axle into the opening in the axle tube. (Refer to ‘Using your brakes’) To remove the wheel, simply press the axle button in the centre of the wheel hub and simultaneously pull the wheel outward. NOTE: Ensure that the brake pedal is fully retracted, so that the brake pin (highlighted in red) does not obstruct the wheel cog from fully engaging the housing.
The unique TRI-MODE™ swivel system is as flexible as it is functional over a variety of terrains and uses. 1. LOCK: This position is best for use on extremely rough or soft terrain such as sand etc which inhibit wheel swivel. To lock your wheel, rotate the dial to the “LOCK” position. Swivel the wheel around till it locks into position. 2. O: The central position locks the wheel into a tight 45° swivel arc.
4. Slide the hood housing downward, engaging the track in the channel, continue sliding downward until the rivet outside (D) is fully engaged in the housing. 5. Repeat the procedure for the other hood. 6. Secure each hood to the rear of the frame with Velcro straps at the centre (E), and both sides of the hood (F). NOTE: Before using your stroller, be sure to attach the tether straps around the stroller frame by feeding the strap through the slit in the steel buckle.
Installing/Removing your front bar 1. Remove the plugs from the nylon housing at either side of the stroller frame by pressing each inner “release button” and pulling the plug upward. NOTE: DO NOT remove the plugs in the centre between both seats. Be sure to store the removed plugs in a secure place as they MUST be used whenever nothing is engaged in the front bar housing to prevent finger entrapment. 4. Insert the bar ends into the nylon housing located on either side of the frame.
Folding/Opening your stroller 1. Fold the hood back up against the handle. 2. Release the locking clamps at either side of the stroller. 3. Simultaneously lift the secondary safety catch (located at the left hand side of the stroller while standing behind) and swing the handle forward. 4. Holding the rear legs at both sides, press down with your foot on the rear basket tube. This will disengage the basket frame locking hinges. 5.
9. With your foot on the inside of the rear wheels, stopping them from moving, lift the handle upwards. (This will begin to move the rear wheels away from the front of the chassis). 10. Press down on the basket frame locking hinges to lock the frame in the open position. 11. Secure the handle to the frame by engaging the locking clamps on both sides. IMPORTANT WARNING: Always test that all axles, wheels, front bar, hinges and locks are securely engaged before use.
Your Twin Runabout hoods are fitted with zips to which attaches our unique silver insect mesh. 1. Align the centre of the mesh above both expanded hoods, ensuring that the zip ends are in the correct position as shown in (A). 2. Run the zips all the way across each hood arches for the mesh to fully cover the front end. 3. Secure the front edge of the insect mesh by fastening the studs under the footplate as shown in (B). 4.
AIRGO™ SYSTEM Your Twin Runabout has been designed to maximise air flow within the stroller by way of our exclusive Airgo™ system.
