APPLE 4K TV will be output the resolution 4k 60HZ 420 10 bit(4K HDR

60HZ) when connect with a 18g signal HDR TV, so If it is nothing output in

display at this point, there have three ways to resolve the problem.

1. Closed the HDMI UHD color, take Samsung 6300 as the sample,

change the setting as the below which I have made explaining in

the picture.

PS: If you connect a 18G signal source and a 18G TV with our product and noting output in display, you also can use this way to resolve the problem. 2. Reset the TV to factory default setting when you can’t find the HDMI UHD color, you can do it as the below picture.

3. Change the resolution to 1080p, you need connect your XBOX ONE X with your TV directly first.
