INTRODUCTION • This document explains how to start using the different devices of Upstreem’s Active Tool Suite UPSTREEM SA – PROPRIETARY AND CONFIDENTIAL
DEVICE INFORMATION • Product Name: ActiveHome and ActiveTrack • Model No.: AH11-11-11 and AT11-11-11 • Power rating: • In : 5V DC 1.
WHAT IS WHAT • Upstreem’s Active Tool Suite consists of : • ActiveTrack : the electronic watch • ActiveHome : the home unit • A charging cradle • USB cables and power plugs • A removal tool to take the strap out of ActiveTrack • Straps and consumable plastic parts UPSTREEM SA – PROPRIETARY AND CONFIDENTIAL
STARTING ACTIVEHOME • To start ActiveHome, connect the USB cable to the micro USB interface at the back side of ActiveHome • Then, connect the other side of the USB to a power outlet using the power plug • ActiveHome will start automatically.
PREPARING ACTIVETRACK • To start using ActiveTrack, cut the strap at the right length according to one of the pre-defined lines • For indication on lengths, refer to the Installation Manual • Then, insert a plastic part in each end of the strap as shown here UPSTREEM SA – PROPRIETARY AND CONFIDENTIAL
PREPARING ACTIVETRACK • After this, insert the other type of plastic part in the core of ActiveTrack • You can now insert one end of the strap in ActiveTrack as shown here • Put ActiveTrack on the offender wrist and insert the other end of the strap following the same principle UPSTREEM SA – PROPRIETARY AND CONFIDENTIAL
PREPARING ACTIVETRACK • Finally, you can power on ActiveTrack by connecting it to the charging cradle and connecting the charging cradle to a power source • ActiveTrack starts and it displays time and date. It is then ready for use.
USING ACTIVETRACK – MAIN SCREEN • By default, ActiveTrack displays the main screen. The main screen indicates : • • • • Date and time Battery status Current curfew In the example here, it is currently 6.58 PM and you must be home between 6.00 PM and 12.
USING ACTIVETRACK – ACKNOWLEDGE • When a text message is received by ActiveTrack or when there is a notification, ActiveTrack vibrates and displays the message or notification. • You need to acknowledge it by doing a long push on one of the buttons. • When the message or notification is successfully acknowledged, the icon appears on the screen.
USING ACTIVETRACK – ALARMS • If you are in violation, ActiveTrack vibrates and displays an icon indicating the violation type. The meaning of the icons is as follows : : you must go home : zone alert. You are not authorized to be here.
DEINSTALLING ACTIVETRACK • To deinstall ActiveTrack, start by cutting the strap • Then, remove the plastic parts. They are consumables and can thus be broken.
