UO Smart Beam Laser comes with one year warranty from the purchase date. You must
contact the customer department at [e-mail] with a picture of the serial number of
model (found on the bottom of the projector) and proof of purchase (Order ID). After we
confirm that your product was purchased from KDCUSA or an authorized seller, we will
process your warranty. You can register your product on www.KDCUSA.com to become a
premium warranty member.
* We do not provide warranty service on products sold by unauthorized sellers. Amazon
authorized sellers are Amazon Prime, Amazon FBA, and KDCUSA.
