ASSEMBLY READ THIS BEFORE YOU BEGIN • You’ll probably need at least two adults and 2 hours to assemble your trampoline (of course, that depends on what model you have, and whether or not you’re secretly a superhero) • We’ve provided some tools to help with assembly, but you’re more than welcome to use your own • The assembly steps refer to parts by their descriptions and key numbers (see the part list on page 3) • The assembly steps are written in a specific order, and if you don’t follow them exactly, you
ASSEMBLY STEP 2 1 T-joint (x2) 2 Socket (x4) Insert two key no. 2 top tubes (3) into two T-joints, and four key no. 2 top tubes into four sockets. Make sure the holes in the tubes face the ground! 3 Top Tube (Key NO.2) (x6) T-joint Make sure you have two of the following: T-joint Key NO.2 Socket Make sure you have four of the following: Socket Key NO.2 STEP 4 Insert the top tubes together as shown. Make sure the holes in the tubes face the ground! You should have a pattern of key NO.
STEP 5 Insert the top tubes together as shown. Make sure the holes in the tubes face the ground! You should have a pattern of key NO.2 with socket, key NO.1 with T-joint, key NO.1 with socket, and key NO.1 with T-joint. T-joint Socket Socket T-joint Key NO.1 Key NO.2 Key NO.1 Key NO.1 STEP 6 Insert the top tubes together as shown. Make sure the holes in the tubes face the ground! You should have a pattern of key NO.1 with socket, key NO.1 with T-joint, key NO.2 with socket, and key NO.2 with T-joint.
ASSEMBLY STEP 7 5 Leg Brace (x6) 6 Leg Extension (x12) 17 Self-tapping Screw (x12) Insert two leg extensions (6) into one leg brace (5), and secure using two self-tapping screws (17). The peak of the leg brace should point upwards. Note: Make sure not to confuse the leg brace with the curved tube. Repeat this step to complete six leg sections. (6) (6) (17) (17) (5) STEP 8 17 Insert the Legs (6) into the T-joint and Socket .Press down on both Legs at the same time and fully insert them.
STEP 9 Flip the three frame sections assembled in steps 4-6 so that the frame holes are now facing up and the legs are supporting the frame. Now, connect all of the frame sections together. Make sure the T-joints and sockets are alternating! Note: A properly assembled frame fits together as key #1-1-1, followed by key #2-2-2, key #1-11, key #2-2-2 with the T-joints and sockets alternating. Even one part out of place can disrupt the oval shape! Key NO.1 Key NO.1 Key NO.2 Key NO.1 Socket Key NO.
ASSEMBLY STEP 11 9 Spring (x1) 22 Spring Tool (x1) You may want to use gloves for this step! Before you begin, make sure the enclosure door is aligned with the T-joint just left of the warning label. Using the spring tool, hook the smaller end of a spring into the V-ring just left of the enclosure door. Stretch the free end of the spring until it reaches the frame hole on the corresponding T-joint. (22) Enclosure door Key NO. 2 T-joint Middle key NO. 2 STEP 12 9 Spring (x1) Key NO.
STEP 13 Next, place four springs on the remaining four T-joints. Make sure to count the exact number of V-rings and frame holes so each one corresponds! You now have attached six V-rings to the frame holes using six springs. 9 Springs (x4) 4th 6th 5th 3rd STEP 14 9 Next, place six springs on the six sockets. Make sure to count the exact number of V-rings and frame holes so each one corresponds! You now have attached 12 V-rings to the frame holes using 12 springs.
ASSEMBLY STEP 15 Now, place one spring directly to the left of each spring already placed. Continuing in a clock-wise direction, attach the remaining springs to the remaining V-rings and frame holes until all 72 springs have been placed. 9 Springs (x60) 21st 20th 22nd 19th 23rd 18th 24th 25th 17th 13th 26th 16th STEP 16 10 Frame Pad (x1) 14th 15th Place the frame pad (10) on top of the springs.
STEP 17 Look under the trampoline. Find the straps that are attached to the underside of the frame pad (10). Position the outer straps so that one strap is on each side of the frame. Position the inner straps so that one strap is threaded through a V-ring. Now tie all of the straps in bows.
ASSEMBLY STEP 19 Insert one straight tube (12) into one curved tube (11), and secure with one self-tapping screw (17). Important: On the curved tube there is one end that has two holes. Make sure that end is on top! 17 Self-tapping Screws (x6) Repeat this step to attach the five remaining straight tubes and curved tubes together. (17) Two holes (11) (12) STEP 20 14 Pole Cap (x6) Important: The pole cap (14) has two sides; one with a hexagon hole, and one with a regular hole.
STEP 21 16 M5x50mm Bolt (x6) Next insert a curved tube (11) into the pole cap (14). Make sure the bent side of the enclosure poles are facing towards the center of the trampoline. Make sure the holes on the curved tube, pole cap, and strap ring are all aligned. Then insert a M5x50mm bolt (16) to secure in place. Important: Make sure the bolt goes into the round hole (not the hexagon hole) or you could break the pole cap! Repeat steps 20-21 to assemble the remaining pole caps.
ASSEMBLY STEP 23 15 End Cap (x6) LAST STEP YOU’RE IN THE FINAL HOME STRETCH. Insert the end caps (15) into the bottom of the sockets. Using the included plastic tie, attach the safety placard to the trampoline frame close to the enclosure door. Frame Socket Safety Placard (15) STEP 24 18 Bounce Back Game (x1) Attach the bounce back game (18) on the outside of the enclosure between two enclosure poles. Adjust the height and tighten the straps.
ASSEMBLY - BOUNCE BACK GAME STEP 25 19 Kick back net (x1) 21 STEP 26 Elastic with Ball (x2) HANG IN THERE! JUST ONE MORE ACCESSORY TO GO! Place the kick back game [19] between legs as shown. Thread two elastics [21] through the two top first hole on either side of the game. Loop the elastic around the frame and secure by placing around the ball. Thread another two elastics (21) through two top 8th, 19th holes to attach the frame. Note: Turn the ball of the elastic under the frame.
ASSEMBLY - BOUNCE BACK GAME STEP 27 21 Now thread four elastics (21) through the bottom 1th, 7th, 20th, 26th holes to attach to the leg. Elastic with Ball (x4) 1th STEP 28 20 7th 20th Attach the side net (20) to socket with corner strap as shown.
STEP 29 Tie the side net to frame and leg with attached straps. Note: You may need to wrap the net around the leg for a tight fit. STEP 30 20 Side net (x1) Repeat steps 28-29 to attach the other side net (20) on the opposite side of the kickback game.

TRAMPOLINE SAFETY INFORMATION In trampoline use, as in all active recreational sports, participants can be injured. However, there are steps that can be taken to reduce risk of injury. In this section, primary accident patterns are identified and the responsibilities of supervisors and jumpers in accident prevention are described.
ENCLOSURE SAFETY INFORMATION NEED FOR TRAMPOLINE ENCLOSURE SAFETY A trampoline enclosure is a recreational product. The information on this page identifies important safety precautions. The precautions are not all-inclusive, because an enclosure can be used in ways that this manual cannot cover completely. To prevent pinches and cuts during enclosure use, a frame pad must be installed on the trampoline (see the trampoline manufacturer’s instructions).
