Compliance with the FCC waiver permitting the use of SPRscan in the United States of America The use of the SPRscan in the United States of America is regulated by the FCC Part 15 Waiver issued to US Radar Inc. For the user, this means that a number of procedures and methods of working should be adhered to. • The proximity sensor and Dead Man’s Handle should be calibrated for use every time the system is operated. • Records should be kept of when, where and by whom the SPRscan was operated.
