Thewireless,batteryoperatedwateractuatorisinstalledonanyISO5211
valve.Itwillactuatewheneverariskyeventisidentifiedorwhenmanually
requestedbytheuser.ThisactuatorismountedonaISO5211flangeusing2
screws,providedwiththeinstallationkit.ItisIP68‐rated,meaning
thatits
enclosureisbothdustandwatertightandcanalsobesubmergedintowater,
accordingtoIP68limitations,statedbelow.
The integrated ballvalvewhoseparts come incontactwith water meets the
lead‐freerequirementsofNSF‐372(NSF‐61).
The actuator and the ISO5211 valve should be installed on the main water
line.
The system should not disconnecta fire extinguishingline or a fire sprinkler
line.
Ensure easy access to the actuator unit in case it might be
required for
service.
Theunitcanbeinstalledperpendicularlyorinparallelwiththepipe.
Withthe utilization of the locking pin, a comfortable actuatordisconnection
shouldbepossibleafterinstallation.
Donotpositionactuatorswithinmetalcabinets.
Donotimmersetheproductinwaterdeeper
than1.5metersanddonot
keepitsubmergedinwaterlessthan1.5metersdeepformorethan30
minutes.
Donotexposetheproducttowatermovingwithforce,suchaswaterrunning
fromatap.
Iftheproductisexposedtofreshwater,dryitthoroughlywith
aclean,soft
cloth.
Iftheproductisexposedtoanyliquidotherthanfreshwater,gentlyrinseit
withstillfreshwaterimmediatelyanddryitthoroughlywithacleansoft

instructedmaycause

issues.
