Take both earbuds from the charging case.
Turn off both earbuds by keeping pressing either
earbud for 5 seconds. The red LED on the earbud
stays for 1 second and then goes out, which means
that you successfully turn off the earbuds. Note: when
you take both earbuds from the charging case, you
only need to turn off either earbud, and the other
one will turn off automatically.
Clear the paired information by simultaneously keeping
pressing both earbuds for 10 seconds. Firstly, the LED
turns to white and stays for 1 second, and then the
white LED flashes quickly. Finally, the LED flashes
white and red alternately 3 times and then goes out,
which means that the resetting is successful. After
successful resetting, the earbuds will turn off automatically.
Note：
if it claims “Unsuccessfully connected", please
delete all “M13” records on your phone.
Reset M13:
Make sure Bluetooth is turned off in your device
