The AV500 Passthrough Powerline WiFi Extender is easy to configure and manage with the web-based (Internet Explorer, Netscape® Navigator, Firefox, Safari, Opera or Chrome) management page, which can be launched on any windows, Macintosh or UNIX OS with a web browser. 3.1 Login 3.1.

TL-WPA4230P Chapter 5 AV500 Passthrough Powerline WiFi Extender Pair Button & Reset Button 5.1 Pair (Secure with 128 bits-AES) The Homeplug AV standard uses 128-bit AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) to safely transmit data between powerline dvices. For the powerline devices to communicate with each other, they all need to use the same Network Membership Key (NMK). Otherwise, they cannot unscramble the encrypted data sent in the powerline network.
