1. Use only on 110-120 Voltage, 60 Herz.
2. Never disassemble or modify, any changes could void the user’s authority to
operate this device.
3. Not for use in totally enclosed fixtures.
4. Risk of electric shock-use in dry locations only.
5. This device is not intended for use with emergency exit fixtures or emergency exit
lights.
6. This product may cause interference to radio equipment and should not be
installed near maritime safety communication equipment or other critical
navigation or communication equipment operating between 0.45-30MHz.
7. To prevent burns do not touch the bulb during operation or immediately after
switching off.
8. Not for use with dimmers, electronic timer or photocell devices or occupancy
sensor.
9. Add weight of the device may cause instability of a freestanding portable.
10. Use only with portable table lamps in which the distance from the bottom of the
base to the top of the lamp holder does not exceed three times minimum base
width.
11. Use only with portable table lamps which are provide with lamp shades.
12. Use indoors with open, surface mounted and track fixtures.
