1.Parkthetopdresseronalevelsurfaceandchockthe
wheels.
2.Removeanyattachmentmountedtothehopperframe
gate.
3.Removeallmaterialfromthehopperbeforestarting
theinstallationofthekit.
4.Removethe(3)boltsandnutssecuringeachsideofthe
hopperframegatetothehoppersidepanels(Figure1).

panelsandbed(Figure1).Removetherearpanel.
8.Looselyinstallthenewrearpaneltothehopperbed
andsidepanelswith1/4x5/8inchboltsandnuts
(Figure1).
9.Looselyinstallthefrontofthenewframegatetothe
rearhopperpanelwith(3)1/4x5/8inchboltsand
nuts(
Figure1).
10.Looselyinstalleachsideoftheframegatetothe
hoppersidepanelswith(3)5/16x1inchboltsand
nuts(Figure1).
11.Installthecornercapstotherearofthehopper(Figure
1).
12.Ifamanualcanisterwaspreviouslyremoved,reinstallit
tothenewrearpanelwith(3)1/4x5/8inchboltsand
nuts.Ifacanisterwasnotremoved,plugtheholesin
therearpanelwith(3)1/4x5/8inchboltsandnutsto
preventhoppermaterialfromescapingoutoftheholes.
13.Tightenalltheboltsandnutspreviouslyinstalled.
14.Mountthefrontandrearhopperextensionstothe
frontandrearpanelswith1/4x5/8inchboltsand
nuts(Figure2).
