Installation
1.Usingaliftingdevice,removethetowchassis,hitch
tubeandjackassemblyfromtheshippingcontainer.
Important:Thehitchtubeandjackassembly
isheavysoassistancemayberequired.
2.Withthejackpositionedperpendiculartothehitch
tube,crankituptoitsmaximumstroke.Place
thejackfootrmlyonthegroundandhaveyour
assistantalignthehitchchannelintothefrontbrace
assembly.
Note:Thejackshouldbeontheleftsideofthe
machine,andthegussetontheendofthehitch
shouldbeontheundersideofthehitchtube
(

channelandsecureitwith(2)3/4x5-1/2inch
bolts,3/4inchwashersand3/4inchlocknuts.
Makesureawasherispositionedoneachsideofthe
framechannel.Torquetheboltsto240–292ft-lbs

levelaspossible.Usethe(2)5/8x4-1/2inchbolts,
atwashersandlocknutsasshowninFigure3.
