Subject: Availability of Prefilter and Prefilter/Regulator Kit.
If you have water supply pressure that exceeds 80 psi and/or a water source laden with
contaminates, an in-line Pressure Regulator and Prefilter are recommended to protect
your investment. The regulator controls the supply pressure to acceptable limits and
the prefilter prevents the onboard machine filter from rapidly becoming plugged with
debris. Excessive water pressure combined with a debris filled water filter can collapse
the filter element allowing debris to contaminate the high pressure water system of the
Hydroject.
Prefilter/Regulator Kit (92-9541) and Prefilter Kit (92-9544) are available through your
local Toro distributor.
