load,disconnectthespringfromtheadjustorlink
andmovetheupperendofthespringtothehole
thatisfurtherfromthepivotpointinthecontrol
bar(Figure23).Thenconnectthespringtothe
adjustorlinkandadjustthecontrolcable.
