1. Remov

e belt cartridge

a. Remove the belt drive hydraulic motor

b. Remove cartridge from chassis

2. Release belt tension by backing off both spring-tension rods and remove belt.

3. Clean the drive roller with a degreaser, such as brake clean.

4. Wrap the drive roller as shown, leaving a 3” gap between spirals. Ensure the leading edge of the

grip tape is at the outsides of the roller. NOTE: The drive motor hub is on the left side (this

roller turns from back to front (or towards you) in this photo). This photo reference is as if being

taken standing behind the QuickPass.

5. Reinstall the belt onto the cartridge. Tension both rods evenly, until the spring length measures

3.5” (8.9 cm) from the end of the CARTRIDGE to the end of the spring.

6. Reinstall the cartridge into the chassis.
