Thiswarrantycoversthecostofpartsandlabor,butyoumustpaytransportation

2.Bringtheproductandyourproofofpurchase(salesreceipt)totheService
Dealer.Thedealerwilldiagnosetheproblemanddetermineifitiscovered
underwarranty.

performedbyadealerorbyyou,isatyourexpense.

Thereisnootherexpresswarranty:
•Costofregularmaintenanceserviceorparts,suchasbladesharpening
orwornblades
•Anyproductorpartwhichhasbeenalteredormisusedandrequires
replacementorrepairduetoaccidentsorlackofpropermaintenance
•Pickupanddeliverycharges
•Operationalmisuse,neglect,oraccidents
•RepairsorattemptedrepairsbyanyoneotherthananAuthorizedToro
ServiceDealer
•Repairsnecessaryduetoimproperbatterycare,electricalsupply
irregularities,orfailuretoproperlypreparethemowerpriortoanyperiod
ofnon-use.
GeneralConditions
AllrepairscoveredbythesewarrantiesmustbeperformedbyanAuthorized
ToroServiceDealerusingT oro-approvedreplacementparts.Repairbyan
AuthorizedToroServiceDealerisyoursoleremedyunderthiswarranty.
NeitherTheToroCompanynorToroWarrantyCompanyisliablefor
indirect,incidental,orconsequentialdamagesinconnectionwiththeuse
oftheToroProductscoveredbythesewarranties,includinganycostor
expenseofprovidingsubstituteequipmentorserviceduringreasonable
periodsofmalfunctionornon-usependingcompletionofrepairsunder
thesewarranties.
Somestatesdonotallowexclusionsofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,so
theaboveexclusionsmaynotapplytoyou.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveother
rightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
CountriesOtherthantheUnitedStatesorCanada
CustomerswhohavepurchasedToroproductsexportedfromtheUnitedStatesorCanadashouldcontacttheirToroDistributor(Dealer)toobtainguarantee
policiesforyourcountry,province,orstate.IfforanyreasonyouaredissatisedwithyourDistributor’sserviceorhavedifcultyobtainingguaranteeinformation,
contacttheToroimporter.Ifallotherremediesfail,youmaycontactusatToroWarrantyCompany.
*Residentialpurposesmeansuseoftheproductonthesamelotasyourhome.Useatmorethanonelocation,orinstitutionalorrentaluse,isconsidered
commercialuse,andnowarrantywouldapply.
