1 Preparing the Machine No Parts Required Procedure 1. Park the machine on a level surface. 2. Engage the parking brake. 3. Raise the grinder and support it using jackstands. 4. Procedure 1. Install the hose cover around the hoses, with the tapered end up (Figure 10). 7. Secure the bottom of the cover using the bottom bracket, 2 bolts (3/8 inch x 1-1/4 inch), and 2 nuts (1/4 inch) as shown in Figure 13. g309895 Figure 13 1. Existing bolt (3/8 inch x 1-1/4 inch) 3. Place the hydraulic cover on the frame, and secure the top of the cylinder cover using the top bracket, 2 bolts (5/16 x 1-1/4 inch, previously removed, and 1/4 inch x 1-1/4 inch) and 1 nut (1/4 inch) as shown in Figure 13.
