PreparingtheMachine

1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,movethe

motionpedalstotheNEUTRALposition,move

thethrottlelevertotheIDLEposition;referto

yourmachineOperator’sManual.

2.Engagetheparkingbrake,shutofftheengine,

andwaitforallmovingpartstostopbefore

leavingtheoperator’sseat.

3.Allowtheenginetocoolandthendisconnectthe

spark-plugwirefromthesparkplug.

InstallingtheWireHarness

1.Removetheseatfromtheseatbracketsby

removingthe4screws(Figure1).

Note:Disconnecttheseatswitchwhile

removingtheseat.

Retaintheseatandcorrespondinghardware.

Seat-latch pin 2. Existing light switch Install the regulator to the bottom of the seat pan with 2 screws, 4 washers, and 2 nuts; refer to Figure 4 for the correct orientation. Unplug and remove the existing wire harness from the machine.

Product Overview Controls Light Switch • To turn on the work lights, press the light switch to the LATCH position. The switch will return back to the ON position. • To turn off the work lights, toggle the light switch to the OFF position or shut off the machine. • The light switch has 3 positions: – OFF: Turns the lights off while the engine is running. – ON: Keeps the lights on while the engine is running. – LATCH : Turns the lights on when the engine is running.
