0453-676 1 Instructions

1. Install Clamp around the front tube in the

desired position.

 NOTE: The clamp should be installed so the mir-

ror is positioned on the front side of the tube with

the flat side of the clamp facing outward.

2. Install Mirror Assembly into Mount and tighten

until snug.

 NOTE: Do not add loctite to the threads of the

mirror assembly or damge to the plastic threads

may occur.

3. Install one Lock Washer onto the mount; then

install the mount through the hole in the clamp.

Install other lock washer and finger tighten with

Nut (threads coated with blue Loctite #242). See

Fig. 1.

4. Adjust the mirror assembly to the desired posi-

tion; then tighten nut to 7-in. lb.
