After this kit is installed, this machine can use a biodiesel blended fuel of up to B20 (20% biodiesel, 80% petrodiesel). The petrodiesel portion should be low or ultra low sulfur. In certain conditions, fuel is extremely flammable and highly explosive.

8. Remove the existing fuel filter hose from the fuel selector valve. Refer to Figure 2 for the correct hose to remove. 1 Connecting the Fuel Hose to the Fuel Selector Parts needed for this procedure: 1 Filter and Pump Assembly 1 Hose clamp Procedure Important: Allow the engine to cool before installing this kit. 1. Drive the machine to a well ventilated area away from an open flame or where fuel fumes may be ignited by a spark. 2. Disengage the power take off (PTO) and set the parking brake. 3.

Operation 6 Adding Fuel Verifying the Connections After this kit is installed, this machine can use a biodiesel blended fuel of up to B20 (20% biodiesel, 80% petrodiesel). The petrodiesel portion should be low or ultra low sulfur. No Parts Required Procedure Observe the following precautions: 1. Open the fuel selector valve. • The biodiesel portion of the fuel meet specification ASTM D6751 or EN14214. 2.

Fuel is harmful or fatal if swallowed. Long-term exposure to vapors can cause serious injury and illness. In certain conditions, fuel is extremely flammable and highly explosive. A fire or explosion from fuel can burn you and others and can damage property. • Avoid prolonged breathing of vapors. • Fill the fuel tank outdoors, in an open area, when the engine is cold. Wipe up any fuel that spills. • Keep face away from nozzle and fuel tank or conditioner opening. • Keep fuel away from eyes and skin.

Maintenance the filler neck. This space in the tank allows the fuel to expand. Do not fill the fuel tanks completely full. Servicing the Fuel Filter and Water Separator 3. Install fuel tank caps securely. Wipe up any fuel that may have spilled. 4. If possible, fill the fuel tank after each use. This will minimize possible buildup of condensation inside the fuel tank. Service Interval: Every 40 hours—Drain the water separator.

1. Allow the machine to cool down. 2. Disengage the PTO, move the motion control levers to the neutral locked position and set the parking brake. 3. Stop the engine, remove the key, and wait for all moving parts to stop before leaving the operating position. 4. Close the fuel shut-off valve(Figure 15). 5. Loosen the two hose clamps and disconnect the fuel lines from the fuel filter (Figure 15). 6. Install a new filter. Connect the fuel lines to the fuel filter and install the two hose clamps (Figure 15). 7.
