Service Information: This bulletin will aid in identifying the hydraulic manifold Zero Leak Plug options
and outline servicing recommendations for Zero Leak Plugs.
In the event a Zero Leak Plug requires removal or replacement, use the information in this
bulletin to identify and correctly install a new Zero Leak Plug. Replacement O-Rings are not
available for Zero Leak Plugs because this is a one-time use part, if removed the Zero Leak
Plug should be replaced with a new plug which will have an O-Ring included.
These Zero Leak Plugs bite into the hydraulic manifold cavity in which they are installed. Once
a Zero Leak Plug has been removed, the ability of the plug to properly secure into the
manifold cavity block is compromised.
