QUICKPASS IDLER ROLLER AND BELT TENSION SPRING UPGRADE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 0001-4824 1. Remove the cartridge assembly from the QuickPass as described in the setup manual and place on a stable surface. (Figure 1) Figure 1 – Cartridge Assembly Removed Figure 2 – Remove Tensioner Rods 2. Remove the tensioner rods as shown in Figure 2. 3. Push the idler roller towards the drive roller and up above the cartridge (Figure 3).

4. Slide the roller to the side and remove. 5. Install the new roller in the reverse order of removal. Make sure the belt is centered on the roller. NOTE: REPLACE existing spacers with new spacers provided in kit. Figure 4 – Apply Spring Tension Figure 5 – Spring Length 8.9 cm (3.5”) 6.
