Getting Started 1 Access the Tive software platform at platform.tive.io and create a Shipment. For help getting started, visit tive.co/start. 2 When you’re ready to start a shipment, turn on a tracker and attach it to a scheduled shipment. 3 A. Turn the tracker on: Press the power button to turn on the tracker. The flashing blue light means it is on. B. Digitally link the tracker to a shipment on the Tive software platform using the tracker ID. C.
Tive Solo Operation Activate the Solo Press the green power button once to activate the Solo. The flashing blue light means it is on and working properly. It will transmit data for 30 days starting from when it is activated. If you see a red light, that means the tracker is not working properly and should not be used. Dispose of the Solo The Solo is a single-use tracker. After use, the tracker can be disposed of in accordance with environmental regulations for products that contain batteries.
