USB device SD card If only insert an SD card, you will see photos of the SD card. Problem The frame doesn’t turn on Cause The power adaptor is not inserted properly Corrective Action Make sure the cable is properly inserted in the frame and the wall socket, then press the power button on the remote control. Even without a memory card inserted, the frame will turn on and show a white screen.
