DOOR PANEL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS For best results, carefully follow the instructions in this guide.Glue and other adhesives are not required, and we do not recommend their use during the assembly process. First, remove all parts from the box and place them on a flat, open surface. Then, using the guide drawings at the bottom of this page, identify each slat. Next, follow the drawing on the left to place each part as shown.
ONE TWO Attach B1 (top slat) and B2 (lower slat)to A1 by inserting the tongues into the groove of A1, aligning the holes and fastening with four carriage bolts. Gently slide slats C1 to C5 into place as shown in the drawing below and make sure following the direction in picture. THREE FOUR Insert middle stile (A3) into frames in the direction of instruction. Make sure every slat is in right position. Gently slide slats C1 to C5 into the left side of A3 with all their grooves facing up.

Door Preparation - Strap and Anti-jump block Your Barn Door arrives with holes for the hanging straps pre-drilled. Use the included carriage bolts to attach the straps to the door. Next, position each anti-jump bumper at least 2" in from the edge of the straps. Tighten slightly to secure in place Step 2. CONCRETE Wall Preparation Use your guide marks to position the track in place, ensuring that it is level. Mark the mounting holes on the track using a pencil.
Step 8. Floor-Mounted Door Guide Installation Step 9. Stopper Installation Position the floor-mounted door guide just outside the opening of the door frame. Slide the door side-to-side to test for functionality, then mark the holes with a pencil and pre-drill 1/4" holes. If drilling directly into a concrete floor, use the provided anchors. Slide the left and right stoppers onto the track and find the ideal location by testing the door in both open and closed positions.
