INSTRUCTION BULLETIN

SYNOPSIS:

This kit contains the parts needed to replace the FaST system orifice on T3, T7, and 2001HD

machines.

Please follow step-by-step instructions.

SPECIAL TOOLS / CONSIDERATIONS: NONE

(Estimated time to complete: 1 hour)

PREPARATIO N:

1. Park the machine on a clean level surface,

completely lower the scrubber head and

squeegees, turn off the machine, and remove

the key.

FOR SAFETY: Before leaving or servicing

machine, stop on level surface, turn off

machine, and remove key.

INSTALLATION:

NOTE: Note position/orientation of all hoses

attached to the FaST injector assembly before

removing the FaST injector assembly from the

machine. All hoses must be positioned/oriented as

they were before disassembly when the FaST

injector assembly is later reinstalled onto the

machine.

1. Remove the FaST injector assembly from the

holder clip. Do

Not disconnect any hoses from

the FaST injector assembly. Refer to Fig. 1.

NOTE: The photograph in Fig.1 shows where the

FaST injector assembly and holder clip are

located on the T7/SSR machines. Refer to T3 and

2001HD parts manuals for locations of these parts

on the T3 and 2001HD machines.

2. T wist the plastic fitting from the FaST injector

assembly. Refer to Fig. 2.

3. Remove the filter screen from inside the

plastic fitting. Discard the filter screen. Refer

to Fig. 2.

4. Remove the orifice plate and flat washer from

inside the FaST injector assembly. Discard the

orifice plate and flat washer. Refer to Fig. 2.

5. Insert the new filter screen (2) into the plastic

fitting. Refer to Fig. 2.

6. Insert the new orifice washer (1) into the

FaST injector assembly. Refer to Fig. 2.

7. Twist the plastic fitting back into the FaST injector assembly. Refer to Fig. 2. 8. Reinstall the FaST inject assembly into the holder clip. NOTE: Position/orient all hoses as they were prior to the FaST injector assembly being removed from the scrub head. 9. Start the machine and test the FaST system. Observe the plastic fitting/FaST injector assembly connection for leaks.
