SYNOPSIS:
This kit contains the parts needed to replace a rear squeegee caster wheel assembly on T17 / T20 /
M17 / M20 / M30 machines.
Please follow step-by-step instructions.

to local was t e disposal regulat ions.
Always remember to recycle.
PREPARATIO N:
1. T urn on the machine, completely raise the
rear squeegee from the floor, turn off the
machine, set the parking brake, and remove
the key.
FOR SAFETY: Before leaving or servicing
machine, stop on level surface, turn off
machine, set parking brake, and remove key.
2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the
squeegee assembly and remove the
squeegee assembly from the machine. Set
the squeegee assembly and all mounting
hardware aside.
INSTALLATION:
1. Remove the existing rear squeegee wheel
assembly from the machine. Discard the
existing rear squeegee wheel assembly and
hardware. (Fig. 1)
2. Use the hardware provided with the new rear
squeegee wheel assembly (1) to install the
rear squeegee wheel assembly onto the
squeegee caster pivot. Be sure there is no
side to side movement of the rear squeegee
wheel assembly in the squeegee caster pivot.
Also be sure the rear squeegee wheel
assembly spins freely in the squeegee caster
pivot. (Fig. 1)
3. Connect the grease gun to the rear squeegee
wheel assembly (1) zerk and pump the grease
gun two times to apply grease into the rear
squeegee wheel assembly. (Fig. 1).
4. Reinstall the rear squeegee assembly onto
the machine and reconnect the vacuum hose
to the rear squeegee assembly.
