Installation instructions for kit number 9020139

SYNOPSIS:

This kit contains the parts needed to install a fire extinguisher kit onto T17 scrubbers /

M17 sweeper- scrubbers.

Please follow step-by-step instructions.

SPECIAL TOOLS / CONSIDERATIONS: NONE

to local wast e dis posal regulat ions .

Always remember t o recycle.

PREPARATIO N:

1. Park the machine on a clean level surface,

turn off the machine, set the parking brake,

and remove the key.

FOR SAFETY: Before leaving or servicing

machine, stop on level surface, turn off

machine, set parking brake, and remove key.

INSTALLATION:

1. Hold the fire extinguisher bracket (2) onto the

seat platform as a template and drill two 1/8 in

(3.1750 mm) through the holes in the fire

extinguisher bracket and through the seat

platform. (Fig. 1)

2. Use two pan screws (7) and two flat washers

(6) to install the fire extinguisher bracket (2)

onto the seat platform. (Fig. 1)

3. If necessary, remove the bracket included

with the fire extinguisher (1) from the fire

extinguisher. (Fig. 1)

4. Use two M5 hex screws (3) four flat washers

(4), and two M5 hex nuts (5) to install the

bracket included with the fire extinguisher (1)

onto the fire extinguisher bracket (2). (Fig. 1)

5. Install the fire extinguisher (1) into the fire

extinguisher bracket assembly. (Fig. 1)
