01 What’s in the box? The product package should contain the following items: - Syncrob.it HNT Gateway - An AC power adapter (varies by region) - 3dbi Lora antenna (varies by region) - Ethernet cable Optional Accessories: - 6 dbi Antenna - Antenna Cable - Mounting Bracket If any of the parts are incorrect, missing, or damaged, contact SyncroB.it via email at support@syncrob.it. Keep the carton, including the original packing materials, in case you need to return the product for repair.
02 The Front of the Gateway You can use the status lights on the front of the gateway to verify various conditions. White (Blinking) - Powered up Yellow (Blinking) - Connected to Wi-Fi/Ethernet Green (Steady) - Ready Amber (Progress) - Syncing blockchain Cyan (Blinking) - Firmware update Red (blinking) - Error Magenta (Blinking) - Rebooting NOTE: The 6th LED will turn steady blue while pairing mode is active.
03 The Back of the Gateway 1. USB OTG Port (Mirco USB) 2. Power adapter port 3. Soft reboot button 4. Antenna port 5. Ethernet port 04 1. Preparing your Gateway for Setup Carefully screw in the provided 3dbi antenna (See Figure 3). 2. Find a suitable location for your Gateway (for optimal coverage we recommend placing the unit near a window and close to a power source). 3. If you are using ethernet connection, locate the ethernet port on the back of your gateway and securely insert ethernet cable.
! Warning Please remember to follow the following steps when using your SyncroB.it Gateway. 1. Never power on the Gateway without it’s antenna connected as this may damage the unit. 2. Do not install this device on top of any other electrical equipment or install any other equipment on top of this device. Keep this device away from any heat sources such as direct sunlight, heaters, radiators, or other A/V receivers or devices that emit heat.
