LIMITED WARRANTY
Term: Zygo is warranted to be free from defects in materials or
workmanship as provided below for 1 year from the date of
purchase.
Terms: Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, Zygo will, at its option,
(i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts or (ii)
replace the product with a new or refurbished product. For
purposes of this Limited Warranty, “refurbished” means a
product or part that has been returned to its original specifica-
tions. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.
This Limited Warranty only covers product issues caused by
defects in material or workmanship during ordinary consumer
use and in accordance with specifications provided by Zygo, it
does not cover product issues caused by any other reason,
including but not limited to product issues due to the following:
(i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks or paint damage,
(ii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire or
other acts of nature or external causes, (iii) damage caused by
service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service
provider of Zygo; (iv) damage to a product that has been modi-
fied or altered without the written permission of Zygo, (v)
damage to a product that has broken its waterproof seal, or (vi)
any other misuse. In addition, Zygo reserves the right to refuse
warranty claims against products or services that are obtained
and/ or used in contravention of the laws of any country in which
Zygo is used and/or purchased.
THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE
EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES
EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY
ARISING UNDER ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR
OTHERWISE.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH
MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABI-
LITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS
PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF
THIS WARRANTY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ZYGO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETH-
ER RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE
THIS PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDEN-
TAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITA-
TIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

SERVICE
To obtain warranty service, call Zygo for shipping instructions
and a return material authorization (RMA) tracking number.
Securely pack the device and a copy of the original sales receipt,
gift receipt, packing list and/or other valid proof of purchase
(including purchaser receipt and/or gift receipt) which is
required as the proof of purchase for warranty repairs.
