1. Search out camera ip address

(1)Refer to this link www.sv3c.com to download A series PC Software search tools (1-AjDevTools.zip),

and install on PC.

(2)Please make sure that the computer and the camera are in the same LAN.

(3)Open the search tool, click “Start Search”, then it will search out your camera ip address

automatically.

Note:

If search tool can not search out your camera ip address, please check whether camera is powered and the

Ethernet port light is blinking. (Be sure the camera and the PC are under the same LAN) If yes,your camera

may be defective. Then please contact us (info-us@sv3c.com)

2. Device Preview

(1)Double-click the camera's ip address, the window of the video real-time stream corresponding to

the device's sub-stream will pop up.

4. Camera parameter setting (1) Set Static IP Address: Right click the camera’s IP address to get more setting (Remote config → English), refer to the below picture: Go into the next page to set static IP, Network → Ethernet Setup → Choose”Disable”, after change IP address, and click “save”.

(2) Camera video encode Setting: Media → Video Encode, Customize the video encoding format and resolution of the camera's Main/Sub stream, then click “Save”.
