PRECAUTIONS
1. Never use on a source voltage that fluctuates 6% above or 10% below the lamp’s rated voltage.
2. Never disassemble or modify-any changes could void the user’s authority to operate this
device.
3. Do not hold the glass tube while installing.
4. Not for use in totally enclosed fixtures.
5. Risk of electric shock-do not use where directly exposed to water.
6. This device is not intended for use with emergency exit fixtures or emergency exit lights.
7. This product could product interference when used near a TV, Radio, Wireless remote control
or maritime safety communications equipment or other critical navigation or communication
equpment operating between 0.45-30MHz.Of interference should occur, move the lamp away
from the appliance a distance of three feet or more, Or, Plug the lamp or the appliance into a
different outlet.
8. To prevent burns, do not touch the bulb during operation or immediately after switching off.
9. Not for use with dimmers, electronic timer or photocell or occupancy sensor.
10. Never use in circumstance such as low or high temperature and high moisture.
11. Unsuitable fot applications where the lamp must be turned on and off frequently.
