Sutro Owner’s Manual | 9 Retraction The device must be put into service mode in order to change the cartridge or battery. Do not open the device until the notification that the device is ready for service is sent by the app. Lid Closure User must hear the click when the lid is closed. The device can sense when the lid is closed and the user will receive a notification in the app that the monitor is closed. The user must wait until the app notification is received before placing the monitor into the water.

EULA You shall not use any Confidential Information other than in the course of the activities permitted hereunder. You shall notify Sutro in writing immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information or any other breach of this EULA, and will cooperate with Sutro in every reasonable way to regain possession of Confidential Information and prevent any further unauthorized use.

If you reside in one of those countries, then where California law is excluded from applying, your country’s laws will apply to such disputes related to these terms.
EULA 18. General The Product Software is deemed irrevocably accepted upon your use of the Product Software or Product. Sutro will have no responsibility to provide maintenance or support services with respect to the Product Software. The parties are independent contractors.
