WHAT IS COVERED
Our company guarantees that from the date of purchase of the product under the YY
Home brand,you will be covered under the following circumstances.
● The product lacks necessary components for normal use.
● After receiving the product, please install and use it as soon as possible. If the
product cannot be used normally, it is covered by this Warranty.
●The product material has defects.
●The product does not match the product description, images, videos, etc. in the
purchase channel.
we will actively cooperate to make up for the above.
Note: This guarantee only applies to the original buyer and first consumer, and
only applies to normal production and use.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
● This warranty does not apply to any product found to have been improperly
installed, set up, or used in any manner that does not follow the instructions
provided with the product.
● This warranty does not apply to product failures caused by accident,misuse, abuse,
alteration, incorrect installation or any failure unrelated to defects in materials or
workmanship.
● This warranty does not apply to the finish of any part of the product, such as the
surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear.
● This warranty does not apply to breakage due to external influences such as
scuffing and/or abrasion during shipping.
● This warranty does not apply to the damage caused by the use of this product for
other special purposes or abnormal daily use.
