Installation of Model ESR4513/ESR-3813 Slide
Dimensions shown are for overlay drawer front applications in conventional frameless cabinets.
For inset drawers, shift the cabinet member inward by the amount of the drawer front, plus 1/8”
Before mounting, ensure that drawer is at least 1.06” narrower than cabinet opening. Drawers wider than
this will tend to bind when moving [slides in compressed condition]
Cabinet Mounting:
1. Separate slide members by
actuating disconnect latch and
pulling firmly outward on
drawer member
2. Position cabinet member
assembly as shown in Figure 1.
Using horizontal slots, closed
position of drawer can be
adjusted to achieve proper
1/8”[3mm] reveal and action
of hold-in detent.
3. Ensure that right and left side
slides are aligned as parallel as
possible for best movement.
Drawer Mounting:
4. Attach drawer members to
drawer sides as shown on
Figure 2. Using vertical slots,
drawers can be leveled and gap
between drawers adjusted
before fixing. Select a rear
vertical slot that is visible
through access hole in
intermediate member when
extended.
5. Once closed position is fully
adjusted, secure with at least 2
screws in round holes of
drawer member and cabinet
member.
6. Cycle the drawer open and
closed a few times and pry
cabinet member away from
cabinet wall just enough to
eliminate any lateral load on
the slides. If this is done
properly, and the slides are
parallel, drawers should move
with very little effort.
