BATHTUB INSTALLATION 1. Ensure that the floor at the installation site has sufficient floor support and is level. 2. Waterproofing the floor is highly recommended. 3. Determine the location of the drainpipe on the floor by taking measurements of the drain and waste location underneath the unit. Clean the drain hole area in preparation of setting the drain. The area should be dry & free from any debris. 4. Remove the bathtub from its box.
5. Gently place the bathtub in the upside-down position on a tarp or cardboard sheet in order to avoid contact with any rough surface. 6. This step will be attaching the clawfeet to the bathtub. Please check the previous page to see which clawfeet model is applicable to your bathtub.
d) Place the metal plate on top of the bolts that are already on the bottom of the bathtub. e) Make sure to adjust the metal plate so that it fits snug with the bolts on the bathtub. This will help to ensure that the clawfeet are placed correctly and are functioning properly. d) Remove the safety caps from the bolts on the bathtub. e) Place the metal plate [#2] over the bolts on the bathtub as shown in the diagram below.
h) Check to ensure that the clawfoot is aligned properly with the bathtub and is sitting snug against the bathtub. Once this is done, use a wrench to tighten all of the nuts. h) Take (1) washer [#5] and place it over the bolt on the metal plate. Then take (1) nut with washer [#6] and screw it into the bolt. Do not tighten. Repeat the same step for the lower bolt. Once this is done, use a wrench to tighten all of the nuts. i) Repeat the same procedure for the other 3 legs.
9. Assemble the tee section to the tailpiece, overflow, & drain ell using the coupling nuts and O-rings that are provided. Tee Overflow Ell O Ring Coupling Nut 10 . Attach the tapered rubber gasket to the overflow ell. Align the overflow ell with the overflow hole & secure the drain to the tub with overflow plate and screw provided. Tapered Rubber Gasket Overflow Plate 11 . Make sure a watertight seal exists on all bath drain connections.
The installation steps below are for drain model A1840-0. Strainer Rubber Gasket A1840-0 Flat Rubber Gasket 7 Connector 12. Put the rubber gasket (#4) onto the strainer (#3) 13. Put the rubber gasket and strainer through the pre-drilled drain hole. 14. Put the flat rubber gasket (#5) onto the connector (#7). 15. Connect the connector with the flat rubber gasket, strainer, and rubber gasket and tighten them by hand. Then use a wrench to tighten the connector.

FAUCET INSTALLATION 1. Drill one hole of 130mmx130mm max and drill 3 holes with 80mm diameter as shown. 80 mm 2. Align the base ① with the holes exactly as shown. 1 HOT WATER COLD WATER MAX 130mm 3. Insert the expansion anchors ① into the holes on the base ② with a hammer, tighten with adjustable wrench.
4. Tighten the shower holder ① into faucet body ④ with a screw ② and Allen key ③. 2 1 3 4 INSTALLATION LOCATION 5. Slide the flange ④ into the welded rack ③ as shown, and connect the flexible hose ② to the faucet body ①, Then assemble the welded rack ③ to the faucet body ① and fix it with screws ⑤. 1 2 3 5 4 6. Connect flexible hose ① to the connector ② correctly as shown,tighten with adjustable wrench.
7. Insert 3 screws ② into holes on the plate ④, Tighten with Allen key ③.Cover it with flange ①. 1 3 2 4 8. Assemble the shower hose ③ to hand shower ② and connector under the shower holder ① as shown. Then finish the installation of the faucet.
CHECKING AND TESTING 1. Remove the aerator ② with aerator wrench, take out the o-ring ① too.Turn the faucet handle all the way on, turn on hot and cold water supply and flush water lines for one minute. Reinstall aerator with aerator wrench. 1 2 2. Check all connections at arrows for leaks, re-tighten it if necessary.
MAINTENANCE A. If there is splash or low flow rate,please remove the aerator with the wrench and clean the debris. B. If faucet leaks from the handle or drips from spout, please replace cartridge following the following steps: Remove the handle screw with Allen key ③, take out the handle ①, then remove the trim cap ④. 1. 1 2 4 3 2. CLEANING AND CARE Daily cleaning and care are required in order to keep the product shining and properly working. 1. Clean it with water and dry it with soft cloth. 2. Clean the product with gentle liquid or glass cleaner. 3. Don't use acid cleaner. 4. Don't clean with abrasive material, abrasive paper or knife.
