require separate FCC certification.

1) Please revise this application to be consistent with AMPLIFIER, BOOSTER, AND REPEATER filing
procedures:

For example, change eqpt class to PCB, and explain how present filing meets TNB requirements, or revise test
report if necessary.
2) Please submit new photo or sketch showing location(s) of FCC ID label - cannot determine from present filing
3) External PHOTO exhibit shows only engineering DRAWING - please revise
4) Please submit block diagram and/or installation operating instructions for entire host/remote system, including
host uplink port connection (connect to antenna, amp, or base station) and RF power info.
