This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
1. This device may not cause harmful interference, and
2. This device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation.

responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to
operate the equipment.
To comply with FCC’s RF exposure limits for general population/uncontrolled exposure,
the antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance
of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be collocated or operating in conjunction
with any other antenna or transmitter.
Note:
The S4 will be used :
i) for residential and commercial metering applications
ii) at homes and businesses
The S4 device requires professional installation by qualified personnel.
Use the instructions below to install the S4 Meter for the StatSignal System.
1. Remove the unit from its shipping carton.
2. Identify the meter socket in which the meter is to be installed. Airflow to the
unit may be blocked because the unit generates very little heat (less than 200
milliwatts).
3. Turn breaker off at meter socket.
