1 PRIMEROS PASOS Bienvenido, al encender tu SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 deberás seguir el tutorial de inicio, se te solicitará otorgar los siguientes permisos: 1.1 Habilitar permiso de detección de contenido Sigue atentamente los pasos que se muestran en la SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0. Si tienes dudas, escríbenos a contacto@soymomo.com PERMISO HABILITADO Nota: Para continuar es necesario que queden ambos permisos habilitados.
1.2 Crear PIN de seguridad Introduce una contraseña de 4 dígitos y correo para poder continuar: Nota: El correo ingresado servirá como método de recuperación del PIN de la Tablet. 1 2 3 1.3 Perfil del hij@ Puedes configurar el nombre de tu hijo/a y fecha de nacimiento, que aparecerá en el perfil de usuario. Nota: Puedes editar el perfil de usuario en Ajustes.
1.4 Bloqueo de aplicaciones Define cuáles son las aplicaciones que tu hijo/a puede usar, para mantenerlo protegido en todo momento. 1.5 Bloqueo de sitios web Bloquea sitios web potencialmente peligrosos para que tu hijo/a haga un uso seguro del internet. 1.6 Control de horarios Controla los horarios y el tiempo máximo de uso de tu SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0, para generar hábitos de uso responsable de la tecnología. 1.
1.8 Control parental remoto Descarga la aplicación SoyMomo Tablet para Padres desde la Play Store o App Store, así podrás realizar el mismo control parental de manera remota desde tu celular. 4 CONTROL PARENTAL SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 te permitirá mantener el control del contenido con el que interactúa tu hijo/a, proporcionando un ambiente tecnológico seguro. Presiona Ajustes e ingresa tu PIN para acceder a la configuración del control parental.
4.1 Uso de aplicaciones Revisa cuáles aplicaciones ha usado tu hijo/a y cuánto tiempo ha usado la SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0. Puedes revisar el tiempo de uso diario o semanal. Puedes ver el tiempo de uso total y qué aplicaciones se han usado más. Revisa el detalle de todas las aplicaciones que se han usado. Puedes ver el tiempo de uso de cada una y cuándo fue la última vez que se utilizó. 4.2 Aplicaciones Recomendadas SoyMomo te presenta una colección de las mejores aplicaciones disponibles para tus hijos.
4.3 Protección de aplicaciones Selecciona qué aplicaciones puede usar tu hijo/a y bloquea las que puedan ser potencialmente peligrosas. Las aplicaciones bloqueadas quedarán en sombra en la pantalla de la SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0, así tu hijo/a no podrá acceder a ellas. Puedes buscar una aplicación determinada. Nota: Por seguridad vienen bloqueadas algunas aplicaciones.
4.4 Protección de sitios web Navegación habilitada: Configura los sitios web a los que puede acceder tu hijo/a. Navegación deshabilitada: Prohíbe el acceso total de tu hijo/a a los sitios web. Cuando la navegación está habilitada, solo se pueden visitar los sitios web que estén en la lista. Habilitar/Deshabilitar navegación. Elimina un sitio web para que tu hijo/a no pueda acceder a él. Ingresa el URL de los sitios que quieras agregar a la lista.
Si tu hijo/a intenta acceder a un sitio web no autorizado, aparecerá el siguiente mensaje. Al presionar Volver al navegador redireccionará la SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 a un sitio seguro. Ingresa tu PIN y presiona Desbloquear para agregar el URL a la lista de sitios autorizados. 4.
4.6 Horarios de uso Puedes crear horarios de uso semanal y seleccionar la cantidad de horas diarias que tu hijo/a puede usar la SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0. Nota: Los horarios de uso se configuran por día. Si un día no tiene horario de uso, tu hijo/a podrá utilizar la SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 sin restricciones de tiempo. Presiona para agregar un Rango de tiempo o un Límite de tiempo. Presiona Límite de tiempo para fijar la cantidad de horas o minutos al día que tu hijo/a puede usar la SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0.
4.6.1 Rango de tiempo Selecciona entre qué horas quieres que tu hijo/a utilice la SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 al día. Elimina el horario de uso Selecciona los días Selecciona entre qué horas 4.6.2 Límite de tiempo Selecciona la cantidad de tiempo que quieres que tu hijo/a utilice la SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 al día. Cuando la SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 se encuentre fuera del rango de tiempo o se cumpla el tiempo límite, aparecerá el siguiente mensaje. Ingresa tu PIN y presiona Desbloquear para modificar los horarios de uso 4.7 Modo Clases Habilita durante el horario de clases de tus hijos, únicamente podrá hacer uso de las aplicaciones que necesite para su aprendizaje y realizar sus actividades escolares. Asegurando su mayor concentración y evitando distracciones.
4.8 Bloqueo Remoto Bloquea de manera instantánea la SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0. Al activar esta función la Tablet quedará bloqueada instantáneamente y tu hijo no podrá utilizarla. Nota: Esta función también puede activarse remotamente, en cualquier momento, desde la App "SoyMomo Tablet para Padres". Cuando la función se active en la SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0, aparecerá el siguiente mensaje: Ingresa tu PIN y presiona Desbloquear para continuar usando la Tablet.
4.9 DUG: Detector de contenido malicioso Hay situaciones en que navegar por internet o interactuar con desconocidos puede resultar en experiencias negativas. Dug se encargará de prevenir aquellas situaciones, guiando un uso seguro de la web, redes sociales y contenido digital. Dug consta de las siguientes características: 1 Nota: Esta función también puede usarse remotamente desde la App "SoyMomo Tablet para Padres".
Cuando Dug detecte contenido inapropiado, mostrará la siguiente pantalla. Nota: Cuando se detecte contenido inapropiado también se notificará al papá a través de la App "SoyMomo Tablet para Padres". 2 Detección de Cyberbullying Dug detectará mensajes y palabras que resulten ser agresivas u ofensivas para tus hijos, en los chats de las redes sociales más utilizadas. Puedes revisar las detecciones diarias, semanales o mensuales.
Nota: Cuando Dug detecte mensajes ofensivos los notificará al papá a través de la App "Tablet SoyMomo para padres" y podrás ver esta misma conversación. Puedes ver el detalle de la conversación donde Dug detectó mensajes ofensivos. 4.10 Filtro de luz nocturna El filtro de luz nocturna cuidará la visión de tus hijos. Al activarlo, los colores en la pantalla de la SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 serán más cálidos, lo que permitirá que sus ojos se relajen y también reducirá el esfuerzo ocular.
5 AJUSTES Puedes realizar las siguientes configuraciones: 1. Cambiar el PIN de tu SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0. 2. Vincular la SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 a la aplicación para padres. Escanea el código QR desde la aplicación para padres y vincula la SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 con tu teléfono. Podrás acceder a la configuración de forma remota. Puedes cambiar tu PIN por uno nuevo. Versión de software de la SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0.
6 PREGUNTAS FRECUENTES 1- ¿Cómo conectar tu SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 a una red WiFi? Desliza los íconos superiores de la izquierda hacia abajo, para abrir el panel de configuraciones principales, presiona el icono de WiFi por unos segundos, para que se abra una ventana con las opciones de redes disponibles. También puedes acceder a través de Configuraciones -> Redes & Internet -> Wi-Fi. 2- ¿Cómo descargo la App para padres? Puedes descargarla desde la Play Store o App Store, búscala como “SoyMomo Tablet”.
4- ¿Puedo saber la ubicación GPS de la SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0? No, la SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 no tiene función GPS. 1 FIRST STEPS Welcome! When turning on your SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 you must follow the tutorial. You will be asked to give access to the following: 1.1 Allow content detection access Closely follow the steps shown on the SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0. 1.2 Create a security PIN Introduce a 4-digit password and an e-mail to continue. Note: The e-mail will be used as recovery method for the Tablet PIN. 1 2 3 1.3 Child's profile You can configure your child's name and birth date, which will appear on the user profile. Note: You can edit the user profile in Settings.
1.4 App Protection Set up which apps your child can use, to keep them protected at all times. 1.5 Website Protection Block potentially hazardous websites for your child to use the internet safely. 1.6 Usage Schedule Set up schedules and maximum usage time of your SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 in order to create responsible technology usage habits. 1.
1.8 Remote parental control Download the SoyMomo Tablet parent app from the Play Store or App Store. This way you will be able to control the app remotely from your phone. 4 PARENTAL CONTROL SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 will allow you to keep control of the content with which your child interacts, providing a safe technological environment. Press Settings and enter your PIN to access the parental control settings.
4.1 App usage Review which apps your child has used and how much time they have used the SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0. You can check daily or weekly usage time. You can check total usage time and which apps have been used most. Check details of all the apps that have been used. You can check usage time for each and when was the last time they were used. 4.2 Recommended Apps SoyMomo Presents a collection of the best apps available for your children.

Blocked apps will be shaded in the SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0, that way your child won't be able to access them. You can look up a specific app. Note: Some apps come blocked for safety. 4.6 Usage Schedule You can create weekly usage schedules and select the number of daily hours that your child can use the SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0. Note: The usage schedules are set per day. If a day doesn't have a usage schedule, your child will be able to use the SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 without time restrictions. Press to add a Time range or Time limit. Press Time limit to set the number of hours or minutes per day that your child can use the SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0.
4.6.1 Time range Select between which hours you want your child to use the SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 per day. When your SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 is outside of the usage range or once the time limit is met, the following message will appear Enter your PIN and press Unlock to modify the usage schedules 4.7 School Mode Enable it during the school hours of your child, they will only be able to make use of the apps that they require for their learning and doing their school activities.To ensure they are focused and avoid distractions.
4.8 Remote Blocking Instantly block the SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0. When enabling this function the tablet will be blocked instantly and your child will not be able to use it. Unlocked tablet Tablet locked Note: This function can also be activated remotely, at any moment, from the SoyMomo Tablet parent app. When the feature is activated, the SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 will show the following message: Enter your PIN and press unlock to continue using the tablet.
4.9 DUG: Hazardous content detector There are situations in which browsing the internet or interacting with strangers can result in negative experiences. Dug will make sure to prevent such situations, guiding a safe usage of the web, social media and digital content. Dug has the following features: 1 Note: This function can also be used remotely from the SoyMomo Tablet parent app.
When Dug detects inappropriate content, it will show the following screen. Nota: When it detects inappropriate content it will also notify the parent through the SoyMomo Tablet parent app. 2 Cyberbullying Detection Dug will detect messages and words that are aggressive or offensive for your child, in the chats of the most used social media apps. You can check the daily, weekly or monthly detections. Wake Dug up to enable intelligent protection against the dangers of the internet.
Note: When Dug detects offensive messages, the parent will be notified through the SoyMomo Tablet parent app and you will be able to see the same conversation. You can check the details of the conversation where Dug detected offensive messages. 4.10 Night mode The night mode will protect your child's sight. When active, the colors of the screen of the SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 will be warmer, which will allow their eyes to relax and also reduce ocular effort. Enable/disable the night mode.
5 SETTINGS You can change the following in settings: 1. Change the PIN for your SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0. 2. Link the SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 to the parent app. Scan the QR code from the parent app and link the SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 with your phone. You will be able to access settings remotely. 6 FAQ 1- How to connect your SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 to a WiFi network? Slide the icons at the top left downward to open the main settings panel. Press the Wi-Fi icon for a few seconds so that it opens a new window with options for available networks. You can also access through Settings -> Netwok & Internet -> Wi-Fi. 2- How do I download the parent app? You can download it from the Play Store or App Store, search for “SoyMomo Tablet”.Remember that the app requires Android 5.1 or higher or IOS 8.
4- Can I know the GPS location of the SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0? No, the SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0 does not have a GPS function. You can find this feature in all of our GPS watches, visit www.soymomo.com for more information. 5- Can I make phone calls to or from the SoyMomo Tablet PRO 2.0?
