Solo warrants all tablet cases to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year

from the date of purchase by the original purchaser or owner. Solo warrants all business cases to

be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five year from the date of purchase by the

original purchaser or ownerIf the product fails during the warranty period due to a defect in

materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the defective part. Should you require

service to your Solo product, call us in the U.S. at 800.333.6292 during normal business hours

Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm EST, or contact us via our contact form.

All repairs and or replacements will be sent out prepaid to an address within the 48 contiguous

United States, state of Hawaii, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico via a reasonable

shipping method. The determination of whether or not the case will be repaired or replaced will

only be made by a qualified Solo technician. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The

shipping company is solely responsible for any damage to your case incurred while it is in its

custody. Solo, at its option, will repair the product or replace it with a comparable model,

without charge. This product is not warranted for fitness of use for any purpose other than the

ordinary use for which intended. There are no other warranties, express or implied, beyond those

expressly contained herein. Any implied warranty shall not last beyond the period of this

warranty; some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the

above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty specifically excludes any claim for direct,

incidental or consequential damages, and does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse or

neglect of the product, or as a result of unauthorized repairs. Liability for breach of warranty

shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal

rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not

allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation

or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser-owner

(or, in the case of a gift by the original purchaser-owner, to the recipient of the gift).

Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the product,

where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please review the warranty

carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.
