USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Supplies needed:

 Vacuum cleaner (with a wand if the vent cover has been installed on the ceiling

or upper wall)

 Philips Screwdriver (to remove the vent to clean the inside face if necessary)

 Stepladder (to reach vents that are on the ceiling)

 Safety glasses to prevent dust from falling into eyes

(if vents are on the ceiling)

 Damp rag with water

 Dish soap or mild cleaner (for removing dirt and debris)

 Isopropyl Alcohol (for tough stains, dirt, and debris)

Step 1: Inspect the air return vent cover. Make sure none of the screws are loose.

Step 2: Wipe with dampened rag to remove dirt and debris if necessary.

Step 3: For tougher stains and dirt, use a wet rag and dish soap or mild detergent to clean

the register.

Step 4: Isopropyl Alcohol can be used for tougher stains and dirt if necessary.

If necessary, use a philips screwdriver, remove the vent cover to access the inside face of

the register. Place the screws in a safe place for re-installing the cover after cleaning.
