A check valve with intermediate air release port can be easily installed to prevent a backﬂ ow of lubricant when redirecting the air ﬂ ow

and releasing the air on the outlet side of the regulator.

Speciﬁ cations

Be sure to use above check valves when

redirecting the air ﬂ ow on the inlet side of

the lubricator. Threads for IN and OUT

ports are not machined.

Note 1) m in part numbers for a round pressure gauge indicates a pipe thread type. No

indication is necessary for R; however, indicate N for NPT. Please contact

SMC regarding the connection thread NPT and pressure gauge supply for psi

unit speciﬁ cations.
