This application guide contains the steps for all Smarter Surfaces projector paint products. These include:

PREPARE THE SURFACE
All surfaces to be painted should be clean, dry and free from loose materials.
Measure the area you wish to paint and clearly mark it using masking tape.
Prime bare, untreated surfaces with Smart White Primer.
Once primed, lightly sand the surface.
APPLY THE BASECOAT OF PROJECTOR PAINT
Stir paint thoroughly before use. If applying your paint to new plaster work, thin the paint up to 20%.
For best results, apply paint using a foam roller.
Base Coat
Apply your first coat of the base coat tin.
Sand smooth when dry and then add the second coat.
Wait for paint to fully dry before adding Smart Projector Paint Contrast top coat.
Top Coat
Ensure base coat is smooth and free from surface defects.
Apply first coat with a foam roller. Allow to dry before applying second coat.
DRYING TIME
• Once all coats are applied Smart Projector Paint Contrast will be ready to use in 24 hours.

Smart Projector Paint Contrast is a two-part projection paint that comes in a gray finish and covers an area of 6m
2
/ 64 sq. ft. This product is designed to be used
with most projectors.

HOW TO APPLY SMART PROJECTOR PAINT AND SMART PROJECTOR PAINT PRO
Smart Projector Paints are extremely high quality projection paints that enable users to project the clearest images possible. They come in a white nish and are
designed to be used with projection equipment.
Each tin covers an area of 6m

/ 64 sq. ft.
PREPARE THE SURFACE
All surfaces to be painted should be clean, dry and free from loose
materials.

Smart Projector Paint: Prime bare, untreated surfaces with Smart White
Primer.
Smart Projector Paint Pro: we recommend always applying Smart
White Primer (included in your kit) before the paint for best results
Once primed, lightly sand the surface.

PPLY THE PROJECTOR PAINT
Stir paint thoroughly before use.
For best results, apply paint using a foam or a mohair roller.
Apply 2 coats allowing first coat to dry before applying the second coat (approx.
2 hours).
DRYING TIME
Smart Projector Paint will be touch-dry in 1 hour and usable after 24 hours.
