You can factory reset the device when it is in AP Mode (see instructions above). Press and HOLD the Main Button until the LED flashes Yellow. If a factory reset is performed on a camera that is already connected to Wi-Fi, the camera will need to be re-installed to re-establish its Wi-Fi connection.
