Troubleshooting
Camera disconnects from Wi-Fi network
Check with your internet service provider.
Move your camera closer to your router.
Reduce the number of connected devices near the
camera.
Fail to view videos using your smart device
Reconnect the camera to your Wi-Fi network.
Check the USB cable and power connection.
Status LED lights up in Red
Restart your router.
Reset your camera and pair it again.
Press and hold the RST hole for 7 seconds to factory
reset your camera and do setup again.
Status LED flashes in Red slowly
Make sure your internet Connection is alright.
Camera cannot recognize QR Code
Make sure the camera lens and the QR code are in
parallel.
Adjust the scan distance properly per the screen size
of your mobile device.
Avoid scanning in dark environment or strong
sunlight.
Camera cannot detect router
Set the router’s channel within the range from 1 to 11.

NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to

designed to provide reasonable protection against
harmful interference in a residential installation. This
equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio

accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful

Connect your Camera to an External
Power Supply
1. Connect the camera to the AC adaptor with the USB
cable and plug the adapter into an outlet. The
camera turns on automatically, the status LED
indicator shows stable purple for about 15 seconds,
then shows stable blue for about 20 seconds, then
blinks alternately in red and blue.
2. Place the camera wherever you want.
Set up your Camera
The camera can be set up and connected to an AP by
scanning a QR code and reading the AP information
through the Home
+
Application.
Remark:
1. Search for Home
+
app via the Play Store or App
Store with keywords (For Play Store: videocloud or
homeplus. For App Store: videocloud.). Download
and install the app to your smart device. Or to scan
QR code at the top page for downloading App
interface directly.
2. Plug it in and connect to your Wi-Fi network. You’re
ready to begin live streaming!
3. Please refer to the “Help” page of the home
+
app to
download, operate, and utilize the full capabilities of
the App.

Recycling
This product bears the selective sorting symbol
for Waste electrical and electronic equipment
(WEEE). This means that this product must be
handled pursuant to European directive
2012/19/EU in order to be recycled of
dismantled to minimize its impact on the
environment.
User has the choice to give his product to a competent
recycling organization or to the retailer when he buys a
new electrical or electronic equipment.

Mount your Camera on a Wall or
Ceiling
You can place the camera on flat surface or mount it on
any wall or ceiling.
1. Attach the camera to your wall or ceiling by using
the including screws and wall insert.
2. Mount your camera by fitting the base into screws.
3. Plug it into a power outlet.
