Smart Golf
Overview
Smart Golf that combines a distance measurement and a ball
marker is small and light to carry easily, and it provides distance
to the green center and a carry distance in the real-time via your
smartphone.
Key Features
The lithium coin battery is available over 24
rounds, not rechargeable but replaceable. (It may
differ depending on the use frequency.)

Because Smart Golf gets distance information by GPS on your
smartphone, carry your smartphone when rounding.
※App download is required as well

For using this service
normally, you have to carry
your smartphone when
rounding turning on GPS
and Bluetooth functions.
If you visit a golf course,
Smart Golf provides the
course information
automatically.
※You don’t need to select a course
※difficultly because Smart Golf has golf
※courses information over 30,000 all
※around the world and suggests you
※automatically by GPS. (You can find
※available golf courses on the app.)
* When rounding, it will be comfortable if you carry a smartphone with a
smartphone pouch provided at your waist.
App download
For using Smart Golf, it is required to download the app in your
smartphone. Since both iOS and Android OS are supported, it is
easy to search and install ‘Smart Golf’ from App Store.

Standard Mode
It provides stable service by keeping the
Bluetooth connection.
Low Battery Mode
To reduce the battery use, Bluetooth
connection gets minimized.
(It may take more time to display distance
information, when reconnecting
depending on your smartphone.)

The distance unit displays yard ‘ yd ’ or meter ‘ m ’.

The distance to the target point is displayed. In case of the carry distance mode,
carry distance is displayed.
Distance Indicator
Left green is ‘ ’, right green is ‘ ’, and one green is marked as ‘ - ’.
The back, front pin is displayed as “B/F” and the center pin is no mark.

Distance-Measuring Mode
This mode is for the distance to the
center of the green (or left, right green)
from the current location.
Distance to target
If detaching Smart Golf from the magnetic clip, the
power will be on and the green distance will be dis
played; and when attaching the clip to Smart Golf
again, the power will be turned off automatically in
about 2 seconds.

Green Mode
If you put Smart Golf in the ball
location, this mode will measure
uneven lies direction and angle of
the current location.

‘- ’ is displayed including
the forward/left/right

If you enter green area, green mode is automatically displayed
after the standby status for about 1 second.
The display will be changed depending on the slope of the
Smart Golf. (A measurement standard is 15 degrees.)

→ standby display
※The indicator of the uneven lie will be changed to the default
in 3 seconds. After the uneven lie is marked, automatically
power off after 30 seconds.

Carry Distance Measurement
A hole number is switched to ‘C’ and ‘0’
is displayed to ready for calculation.
After changing the mode, if you go to
ball location you want to calculate, the
carry distance will be shown.
※ For the distance-measuring mode again, attach
Smart Golf to the clip and detach again, and then
shake the device more than 3 times.
‘0’ is displayed.

※ Be careful not to install the batteries with
※ their terminals (+,-) reversed.
※ It may cause damage.
Battery Exchange
Please separate up and down by
rotating the product
counterclockwise to unlock
according to the Figure 1 on the
left.
Please load the battery with a ‘+’
terminal up according to the
Figure 2.
After inserting the battery, put
together by turning in the
reversed direction contrary to
separating.
※ Please place the product on the palm of your
hand when changing battery, it make easy
to separate the product.
Notices and Warranty
Daily Waterproof Notices
Do not expose to water or dust. It may cause a malfunction.
This product has the daily water-resistance function only
appropriate for a light rain. Please consider the following
instruction.
•Do not immerse or expose to water for a long time.
•Confirm that covering is completed after inserting the battery.
Liquid or dust may flow in.
•Avoid any chance of high-pressure water (such as a faucet,
falls and waves).
•Do not separate the wet product or with wet hands.
•Do not combine violently the up and down part of the product.
It may cause a daily waterproof malfunction.
•Please be careful not to drop the product and/or do not attack
shocks the product. It may cause product combination’s
malfunction including the product.
•Keep away in a humid place. It may cause a malfunction.
Caution and Warning
Please do not use if it has other purpose except for the
instruction described. Do not allow any child or person who
cannot understand instructions in this manual to handle this
product.
•Keep the product away from pets to avoid eating and/or injuries.
•Do not disassemble or reorient the product. It may cause fire,
electric shock and injury.
•Do not place a heavy stuff on and/or attack violent shocks.
•Please remove and store the battery individually for long periods
of non-use.
•When exchanging the battery, make sure that the battery unit is
appropriate and insert with their positive (+) and negative (-) ends
in the right direction. It may cause fire or damages.
•Do not water or liquid flow into and apart wet area.
•In cold weather below 5 ºC, it may cause a malfunction due to
the battery and LCD deterioration.
•This wireless equipment is not supporting regarding to human
security because of the radio confusion possibility.
•This product as an electromagnetic waves device for home use is
suitable for use mainly in your home and available in all regions.
•For A/S, please contact a selling agency.
